Social Media Junkie \ Email Marketing Ninja \ Design Enthusiast \ Curious Web Developer
Hi, my name is Haleigh Staalner (if you didn’t gather that from my huge face on the home page haha), and I am the Marketing Project Manager at Explore Gwinnett. I also recently graduated from UGA’s Grady College with a Master’s Degree in Emerging Media.
As a marketer, my passions include website development, digital marketing (both social media and email marketing), graphic design, analytics and project management.
B.A. in ENGLISH
With a background in English Writing and Rhetoric, I am able to use logic, reason and emotional appeal to inform and influence others. Because of this, I have a well rounded understanding of the dynamics of communication.
SOCIAL & EMAIL
I love interacting with audiences through digital media. Social media and email marketing are the real ‘bread and butter’ of what I enjoy doing each day when I come to work. Even if I’m not actively involved in a campaign, I still enjoy seeing what’s out there and how effective or ineffective it was.
I can’t go anywhere now without looking around at the marketing and design work. Sometimes it even becomes a factor in my purchasing decisions. Because of my keen eye, I know what it takes to grasp audience attention and keep them engaged through design. I’m also a big fan of UX design and always look for better ways to implement design in web.
What better way to see how you’re preforming as an organization is there than to track analytics. They’re also a great way to see what your audience is interested in or more importantly what they’re not interested in so you can shift your focus as a marketer.
